Salbego is a growth and strategy executive with over a decade of experience scaling decentralized technology ventures and digital asset platforms across Web3, DeFi, AI, GameFi, and emerging financial markets. A specialist in transforming early-stage products into globally scalable businesses, he has built and led cross-functional organizations driving GTM execution, business development, institutional partnerships, and multi-market expansion across the U.S., APAC, and Europe.

Throughout his career, J.D. has operated at the intersection of commercial strategy, frontier technology, and ecosystem development. He has scaled platforms to hundreds of thousands of users, driven tens of millions in revenue and hundreds of millions in digital asset volume, raised more than $50M across venture and structured crypto products, and architected GTM engines that enabled expansion into 15+ global markets. In parallel, he has designed and operated security, risk, and trust systems across consumer, exchanges, and DeFi platforms, embedding AI-assisted fraud detection, incentive abuse mitigation, and execution-risk controls directly into product, growth, and incentive architectures. His work consistently focuses on turning complex technical systems into adoption-ready products, sustainable revenue pathways, and enterprise-grade partnerships.
